1. Who we are

This website is operated by Mariana Costa ("Host"), responsible for the accommodation Casa do Mar (demo), located at . Contact: demo@fybroo.com.

2. Bookings

Bookings made on this website constitute a booking request, subject to confirmation by the Host. A booking is confirmed once written confirmation (email) is sent. Displayed prices include the fees shown in the booking summary; municipal tourist tax, where applicable, is itemised separately.

3. Payment

Payment is made through the methods indicated during booking (card, bank transfer or others). For bookings paid by bank transfer, the booking is only secured upon receipt of funds. The Host reserves the right to cancel booking requests not paid within the period indicated in the confirmation.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation or change requests must be submitted through the "Manage my booking" page or by email to demo@fybroo.com. The applicable refund conditions are those communicated in the booking confirmation. The Host may cancel a booking due to force majeure, with a full refund of amounts paid.

5. Check-in, check-out and house rules

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the booking. Guests agree to use the accommodation with due care and to respect the communicated house rules.

6. Liability

The Host is not liable for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings, except where resulting from a breach attributable to the Host. Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the accommodation.

7. Complaints and applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the accommodation is located. The Host provides the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book, available at livroreclamacoes.pt. In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may resort to the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies.
