1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Mariana Costa, reachable at demo@fybroo.com. The technology platform powering this website (Fybroo, operated by Metamorph) acts as a processor, handling data exclusively on behalf of the controller.

2. Data we collect and why

We collect the data you provide when booking — name, email, phone, number of guests, dates and notes — to manage your booking and communicate with you (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Card payment data is processed directly by the payment provider; we do not store it.

3. Cookie-free statistics

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies (session and security), which do not require consent. Visit statistics are anonymous, cookie-free and do not identify visitors; we honour your browser's "Do Not Track" signal.

4. Retention

Booking data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for periods required by legal obligations (including tax and guest-registration rules where applicable). Anonymous statistics are deleted after 90 days.

5. Sharing

Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law (for example, guest reporting obligations in the accommodation's country) and to strictly necessary service providers (hosting, email, payments) bound by contract.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting demo@fybroo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD — cnpd.pt).
